This privacy policy applies to the “30 Days of Python” mobile application (hereby referred to as “Application”) created by HAWA DAHIR (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as an Ad-Supported app. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
1. Locally Stored Data (Your Progress and Notes) The Service Provider does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the Application.
All user data—including your daily lesson progress, quiz scores, custom study notes, and application settings (like theme mode and text size)—is stored locally on your device’s internal storage. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, or store this data on any external servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this locally stored information will be permanently deleted.
2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob) The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for the purpose of serving advertisements and analyzing app performance.
The Application integrates Google AdMob to display ads (including banner and rewarded video ads). AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP addresses, and collect certain data about your device and interactions with the app to provide personalized advertising.
3. Log Data Whenever you use the Application, in the case of an error or crash, the Service Provider may collect data and information (through standard Android error reporting or third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Application, the time and date of your use of the Application, and other diagnostic statistics.
The Service Provider values your trust in using the Application. All user-generated content (notes, progress) is stored locally using standard secure Android data persistence mechanisms. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Application may contain links to other sites (such as within educational content or advertisements). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to third-party services linked within the app, please contact the Service Provider or the respective third-party service.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
